windows中UNC路径无法通过rsync同步的解决办法：
在服务端系统安装Cygwin http://www.cygwin.com/ 下载地址：http://cygwin.com/setup.exe
安装时选择163源，安装组件时 选择rsync，安装完成后，即可解决了。
